Claims We Handle

Falling Objects

Trees, branches, or other objects can damage roofs, siding, windows, and interior spaces. We help record the impact and prepare a supported damage estimate.

What We Document for Falling Object Claims

Falling object claims typically involve trees, large branches, or debris that strikes a roof, exterior wall, window, or other part of the structure. The visible point of impact is often only part of the story — secondary damage to framing, insulation, interior finishes, and contents can extend well beyond the entry point.

Insurers may limit the estimate to the most visible damage and overlook what was affected further inside the structure. We document the full path of damage from the point of impact through to the interior.

Our team photographs and measures the affected areas, documents all damaged components, and prepares a repair scope that captures the complete loss.

What We Document

Point of impact and entry damage
Roof, decking, and framing damage
Siding, windows, and exterior components
Interior damage from penetration or water intrusion
Damaged contents and personal property
Full repair scope including debris removal

Coverage depends on the facts of the loss and the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the specific policy.
